First year Culinary Arts at Piner High School focuses on cooking and baking techniques. If a student can master, say, the technique of saute, all the thousands of recipes that call for saute will be unlocked. On this site you'll find my recipes for first year culinary arts, my class documents and course outline, some links to cooking sites that I like and that students have found useful, among other things. I hope to add links to videos on cooking techniques. Eat well.
